Clothing, shoes & accessories

• Exchangeable within 7 days of purchase if unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and the original receipt.
• Exchanges are for size or colour, subject to stock availability.
• Sale and clearance items are final sale unless faulty.

Faulty items

If an item has a manufacturing fault, see our Quality Guarantee. Faulty items are repaired, replaced or refunded at no cost to you.

Shoes

• Try shoes on a clean surface before wearing outdoors — soles that show signs of outdoor wear cannot be exchanged.
• Original box must be returned in resalable condition.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued as store credit or to the original payment method within 7 working days, depending on how the purchase was made.
