Stockist Terms

Wholesale pricing

• Wholesale pricing is tiered by order volume and consistency, and shared privately with approved stockists.
• Pricing is reviewed periodically or whenever supplier costs change.
• Stockist price lists are confidential and may not be shared publicly.

Minimum order quantity (MOQ)

• An initial minimum order quantity applies when onboarding as a new stockist.
• Repeat orders must meet the agreed MOQ to qualify for wholesale pricing and free or subsidised delivery.
• Exact MOQ figures are shared during your application review, as they vary by category (dresses, shoes, lingerie, bags).

Payment terms

• New stockists generally operate on pre-payment terms for initial orders.
• Credit terms, where granted, are documented separately in a stockist agreement.
• Accepted methods: M-Pesa, bank transfer and approved arrangements confirmed at onboarding.

Returns & faults

Faulty stock is handled under our Quality Guarantee. Stockists should report faults with supporting photos within an agreed window of receiving goods.

Resale & brand guidance

• Suggested retail pricing is shared for brand consistency across stockists.
• Use of the MissiSippi name and imagery is permitted only within the brand guidelines provided at onboarding.

Termination

Either party may end the stockist relationship in writing. Outstanding balances remain payable in full.
