Orders & pricing

• Prices are quoted in Kenya Shillings (KES) and may change without notice.
• Stock shown online is not guaranteed until confirmed by a team member.
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where stock, pricing or fraud concerns arise.

Payment

• Accepted methods include M-Pesa, bank transfer, cash and approved cards at branch.
• Orders placed for delivery are payable in full before dispatch unless otherwise agreed.

Sizing

Please use our size guide before ordering. Sizing may vary slightly between styles and brands stocked.

Styling & fitting appointments

Personal styling and bridal/event dressing sessions booked via Styling Appointment are confirmed by our team on WhatsApp and may require a booking deposit for bridal bookings.
